Our self-service portal for end-users allows them to log in using their M365 credentials and restore their own data with ease. While regular users cannot access organizational data such as SharePoint, they can restore their Exchange emails and OneDrive files. 

The user interface is intuitive and straightforward, making the restoration process effortless. This feature also helps lighten the workload of admins since many restores can be accomplished independently without requiring any administrator intervention.

Nexetic backup offers built-in multitenancy, which allows Nexetic partners to easily manage all customers in one place with one set of credentials. Partners only need to access the customer’s tenant with their M365 credentials once, and after the initial login, they can use SSO single sign-on.
